Israel’s Pegasus Spyware on iPhone and Android phones

How Pegasus works: Impossible to detect. Zero click involved from the user side

Capabilities and Access: Pegasus is an extremely powerful malware that grants attackers root access to a smartphone, turning it into a continuous surveillance device.

Infection Methods: It can enter a phone via malicious links, over-the-air transceivers, physical access to a stolen device, or through covert “zero-click” exploits that require zero interaction from the victim.

Data & Hardware Control: Once installed, attackers can view messages, photos, and location data, keylog typed passwords, and remotely activate the phone’s microphone and camera.

Evasion and Persistence: The spyware leaves virtually no obvious trace on the device, can survive a factory reset, and typically requires completely powering off or discarding the device to stop spying.
