Tel Aviv University – Toward Needle-Free Blood Testing

This article caught my eye (no pun intended) because I thought, “how do you test the blood without having access to it with a needle?”.

I thought maybe this was an exaggerated title? I mean, how do you exam something that you don’t have a physical access to, right?

Well, these researchers at Tel Aviv university found a way to extract the blood cell count information from just looking at the blood vessel in your eyeball by using AI.

I mean, wow! Really? That is such a creative way to do it.

It’s so mind-blowing like, are you serious? It’s like Sherlock Holmes explaining his impossible methods of deduction.

So, you are telling me that you will count my blood cells by looking at the blood vessel in my eye?

I gotta say I’m impressed.
